Character grade product is always hand filled one plank at a time as necessary per order. Custom colors of filler are available upon request.

Hand application is a common process for our Georgian Bay Collection. But is also a typical offering for custom orders needing the special attention that automation cannot duplicate.
PLANK CALIBRATION
We calibrated each order in thickness, width, and Tongue & Groove profile per order. This ensures a uniform and smooth installation.
UV & OIL AUTOMATION
Our state-of-the-art roll coating line consists of over 170′ of inline applications. We accommodate most any need in coloring, texture, and finishing within the UV processing parameters.
PRODUCTION ACCURACY
It is imperative to accurately set up every treatment & application per formulation of each order we process.
Custom Color Mixing and Matching
No matter if it is our in-house formulation or a custom color and finish matching, every ingredient of pigment, dye, finish, and application is documented, retained, and archived. It is limitless when it comes to coloring and applications to provide the best product for every customer. If we don’t have it or have not done it, we will find it and research it to accomplish the task.
Detailed Hand Prep
There is no hesitation with preparation and attention to detail. A quality product is reflective of detailed handwork and preparation for every step and layer of application. Cutting corners is not in our vernacular of process. We aim for perfection and settle for excellence with every order.
